HTS Hi-Tech Services Srl with registered office at via della Cisterna 10 in Udine, as Data Controller of personal data, informs you in accordance with art. 13 of the European Regulation no. 679/2016 or GDPR that your data will be processed according to the methods and for the purposes indicated below.

This Privacy Policy is dedicated to individuals who, through explicit consent, decide to submit their data through this form to submit their spontaneous application to HTS Hi-Tech Services.

The Data Controller is HTS Hi-Tech Services Srl (hereinafter “HTS”) with registered office at via della Cisterna 10, 33100 Udine, tel. 0432.1540100, email privacy@hts-italy.com.

PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
Your data is processed at the Data Controller’s office or at the web service provider and is only managed by personnel authorized for processing.

No data collected through the website is communicated or disclosed except for operations strictly related to the user’s request.

The personal data provided by users who submit their application are used solely for the purpose of providing the service or request and are not disclosed to third parties.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The user’s personal data provided through the completion of this form is processed for the purpose of personnel recruitment and selection, or possibly for the execution of a contract with the User and/or for pre-contractual measures.

For the purpose stated above, providing the data is necessary and constitutes an essential condition for processing the request to participate in the personnel selection process: failure to provide the data would make it impossible for the applicant to evaluate their candidacy.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSING
Due to the communications HTS intends to address to the user, the following personal data is collected and processed:

  • Name
  • Surname
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • (not mandatory)
  • Curriculum vitae (spontaneous application – not mandatory)

METHODS OF PROCESSING
Personal data is processed both electronically and on paper but, in any case, minimizing the use of identifiable data to what is necessary for the purposes mentioned above. They are also processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

SOURCE OF DATA
All data is provided voluntarily by the user.

STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data is kept only for the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or in accordance with national and EU laws, rules, and regulations applicable. In any case, in line with the applicable legislation, your data will not be kept for a period longer than 12 months from the date of its provision. At the end of this period, your data will be permanently deleted.

RECIPIENTS OF THE PROCESSING AND DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be shared with:

  1. subjects acting as data controllers and/or sub-data controllers;
  2. persons authorized by HTS to process personal data who have committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.

There is no transfer of data outside the EU.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
We remind you that in accordance with Article 7(3) of GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, the revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

At any time, the user can exercise, against the Controller, the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the Regulation. In particular, at any time, you will have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data
  • their rectification in case of inaccuracy
  • cancellation
  • limitation of their processing

We also remind you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali), pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR, if you believe that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.
