HTS Hi-Tech Services Srl, with registered office at via della Cisterna 10, Udine, as the Data Controller of personal data, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 of European Regulation no. 679/2016 or GDPR, that your data will be processed according to the methods and for the purposes indicated below.

This Information is dedicated to the interested parties who, through explicit consent, decide to send their data through the form to subscribe to the newsletter of HTS Hi-Tech Services.

The Data Controller is HTS Hi-Tech Services Srl (hereinafter “HTS”) with registered office at via della Cisterna 10, 33100 Udine, tel. 0432.1540100, email privacy@hts-italy.com.

DATA PROCESSING LOCATION
Your data is processed at the Data Controller’s headquarters or at the Web service provider and is handled only by personnel authorized to process it.
No data collected through the website is communicated or disseminated except for operations strictly related to the user’s request.
The personal data provided by users who submit their request for registration are used solely for the purpose of performing the service or request and are not disclosed to third parties.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

The user’s personal data is provided through the newsletter form and collected to send emails containing information about their products or services, as well as promotions or invitations to events they can participate in.
The legal basis is consent to the processing for the aforementioned purpose and consists of the necessity for the pursuit of the aforementioned purpose.

For the purpose mentioned in the previous point, providing the data is optional. Failure to provide or subsequent denial of processing will not allow you to receive the aforementioned communications through the Newsletter.

Due to the communications HTS intends to send to you, HTS collects and processes the following personal data:

Personal data is processed both electronically and on paper, but in any case, minimizing the use of identifiable data to what is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. They are also processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

SOURCE OF THE DATA

All data is provided voluntarily by the user.

RETENTION PERIOD

Personal data is stored for only the period necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or in the terms provided by applicable national and community laws, regulations, and norms. In any case, consistently with the provisions of applicable laws, the data will be processed until the cessation of the service or any earlier request to unsubscribe. Requests may be addressed to the Data Controller at the email address privacy@hts-italy.com.

RECIPIENTS OF THE PROCESSING AND DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be shared with:

  1. Subjects acting as data processors and/or sub-processors;
  2. Persons authorized by HTS to process personal data who have committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.

No data transfer outside the EU is foreseen.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
The user has the right to unsubscribe from this service at any time and may also ask the Data Controller to access their personal data and rectify them if inaccurate, delete them or limit their processing if the conditions are met, as well as obtain their portability.
We remind you that, in accordance with Art. 7(3) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.
At any time, the user may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the Regulation against the Data Controller. In particular, at any time, they have the right to ask for:

  • Access to their personal data
  • Rectification in case of inaccuracies
  • Deletion
  • Limitation of processing

We also remind you that you always have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali) under Article 77 of the GDPR if you believe that the processing of your data is in breach of the current legislation.
