The personal data provided by users who submit requests for information/contact are used solely for the purpose of executing the requested service or performance and are not communicated to third parties.

PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS OF PROCESSING
The Data Controller processes personal data for various purposes:

  1. to respond to requests submitted through the contact form, such as to obtain information about products or services (including sending brochures, catalogs, and/or other company information materials), to receive a quote, etc.: in this case, consent is not required because the processing is necessary to respond to such requests.

The legal basis is consent to the processing for the aforementioned purpose, which is necessary to achieve the said purpose.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSING
Navigation data
This data is used for security reasons, to monitor the proper functioning of the website and to obtain statistical information (most visited pages, number of visitors by time of day or daily, geographical areas of origin, etc.). The data may also be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site (legitimate interest of the Data Controller).
The data is processed exclusively by internal personnel, duly authorized and instructed in processing, and will not be communicated to external parties, disseminated, or transferred to non-EU countries. Only in the case of an investigation may they be made available to the competent authorities.

Data voluntarily provided by the user
In order to ensure compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data, we process user data only with appropriate authorization or explicit consent.
The sending, entirely optional, explicit, and voluntary, of personal data to the addresses indicated on this site through the contact forms documented by means of a specific check-box (Art. 7, paragraph 1 of the GDPR) entails their subsequent acquisition, necessary to respond to requests.

Due to the communications that HTS intends to address to you, we collect and process the following personal data:

  • name
  • surname
  • email address
  • telephone number

DATA PROCESSING METHOD
Personal data is processed both electronically and on paper, but in any case, minimizing the use of identifiable data to what is necessary for the aforementioned purposes. They are also processed only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

SOURCE OF DATA
All data are provided voluntarily by the user.

STORAGE PERIOD
Personal data is kept for the time necessary to respond to the purposes described above. If a quote is requested, however, the data will be processed for a maximum period equal to twice the effectiveness period of the proposal, subject to further storage for the time necessary to define any disputes that may arise. In any case, in accordance with the applicable legislation, your data will not be stored for a period exceeding 24 months from the last communication. At the end of this period, your data will be permanently deleted. The data subject may revoke consent or otherwise object to processing at any time.

RECIPIENTS OF DATA PROCESSING AND DATA TRANSFER
Your data may be shared with:

  1. subjects acting as data processors and/or sub-processors;
  2. persons authorized by HTS to process personal data who have committed to confidentiality or have an adequate legal obligation of confidentiality.

No data transfer outside the EU is foreseen.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS
We would like to remind you that, in accordance with Article 7(3) of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. However, the withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
At any time, the user may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15-22 of the Regulation with respect to the Data Controller. In particular, at any time, you shall have the right to request:

  • access to your personal data;
  • rectification of your personal data in case of inaccuracies;
  • erasure;
  • restriction of processing.
